Workout Wednesdays – Full Body KettleBell Burn!

Kettlebells are great because you can use them anywhere at any time. I usually do a kettlebell circuit first thing in the morning before my boys wake up, and although I’m DEFINITELY not a morning person, a short workout wakes me up and forces me to make better food choices that day.

Try this for a full body burn!

Use as heavy a kettle bell as you can manage and either do 10-12 or each exercise or time 30seconds of each (there are loads of HIIT apps that you can download to time you and they count in rest time too)

KB Swings

Sumo squats (KB at waist height)

KB Press (both hands or alternate sides)

KB Swings

Straight leg KB Deadlifts (both legs or alternate single legs)

KB High pull

30 second plank

REST – and repeat this circuit 3-4 times

If you want that extra burn or are super fit then insert Climber and Jump Squats between each exercise.

Jump squats (no KB)
KB Press (both hands or alternate sides)
Climbers
KB Swings
Jump squats
Straight leg KB Deadlifts (both legs or alternate single legs)
Climbers
